		<description>Yeah, they're overpriced junk.  (with the sole exception for those who are handicapped and would rather use one than a wheelchair)  I find it interesting that this "revolutionary" bit of technology has been outlawed in San Francisco, one of the most liberal city govs in the country.</description>
