Just Say No to Cheap Plastic Crap

I went to a beautiful wedding in Romulus, New York a few weeks ago. Norm Scott, an old friend of mine, married Kristen at Buttonwood Grove Winery in the Finger Lakes. The wedding was especially unique in that guests could camp out at the vineyard after the reception. The campground featured a bit of bluegrass jamming by the fire.

I went to school with Norm many years ago at James Madison University and we had some great conversations. Back then, we played in a bluegrass band called The Mole Hill Ramblers.

Norm is the first person I ever heard use the term “cheap plastic crap.” Sadly, cheap plastic crap is an accurate description for many products today. What ever happened to quality products made from wood or metal?
