Old Fashioned Cruiser Bicycles Are Making A Comeback

While on vacation in Colorado, I noticed a lot of people riding bicycle cruisers around in both Boulder and Telluride.
On one hand, riding a one-speed bike over hilly terrain does not seem very practical. On the other hand, I once peddled a single speed bike from Harrisonburg, Virginia up Reddish Knob with my friend Calvin. Ultimately, I think people appreciate the cool, retro-styling of cruisers. The low tech movement seems to be picking up momentum.
