    I agree with you on all but #1. Books, and by association – magazines and newspapers, consume huge resources… both in their creation and distribution. Image the savings to the world’s energy requirements and destruction if you could ban paper!

    But, alas, I too love a good book, with photos and the feel of good quality paper – but I’ve collected more electronic books than paper lately and no longer buy newspapers.
