		<description>Jay, you could be right.  It seems to me that the govt should have figured out how to adequately fund the box program without having to scramble a couple weeks before the deadline.

As per your question, I&#039;m sure it will be the American taxpayer to fund the additional cost should the delay go through.

I&#039;ve been an avid follower of DTV news over the past year and a half, but this last week has been the most confusing and frustrating to follow.  With over 2 million DTV coupon applicants on the waiting list, I&#039;m betting that the delay will indeed be passed next week.

Question is, who&#039;s going to fund the additional delay costs?</description>
