Thanks a Lot

Music Mondays

I was listening to 105.5fm (bluegrass country) from Reston, Virginia awhile back and heard a song that really got my attention. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear enough to know the name of the song or the artist. However, I remembered a few words and thought it sounded a bit like Del McCoury.

I posted an inquiry on the DC Area Bluegrass Group and received quick answers to identify the song. The song was Thanks a Lot recorded by Del’s sons Ronnie and Rob McCoury. Check out Thanks a Lot by Ronnie and Rob McCoury Ronnie & Rob McCoury - Ronnie & Rob McCoury - Thanks a Lot.
