In addition to bluegrass music, I also have an appreciation for classic country music. Today as I was listening to my local country station AM 1450, they played Coal Miner’s Daughter

Coal Miner’s Daughter: The Movie and Book
The Coal Miner’s Daughter movie also does a great job telling the story of Loretta Lynn. Sissy Spacek won an Oscar for her performance as Loretta Lynn. I was impressed that Spacek did not lip-sync, but instead sang quite well using her own voice. Tommy Lee Jones stars as Loretta’s husband.
