Old Crow Medicine Show DVD Review

Music Mondays

I’m a fan of the Old Crow Medicine Show (OCMS). I first went to see them at the 9:30 Club in DC after my brother recommended them to me. As a fan of traditional bluegrass, at first I was skeptical but then found I really enjoyed their American roots songs and style.

I purchased their new DVD Live at the Orange Peel and Tennessee Theatre. It is an entertaining live production with no lip synching. The DVD contains a nice mix of their newer and older songs. Fans of OCMS will no doubt enjoy this DVD. If you’re not already familiar with OCMS, check out their music on iTunes [click Old Crow Medicine Show].
