A Guy’s Thoughts on Twilight
Twilight Book
My wife is a big fan of the Twilight series books and movies so I’ve definitely been exposed to the series. The whole thing is pretty ridiculous (the challenges presented when a human and vampire fall in love), but at the same time, it’s okay. There’s a lot worse stuff out there I think.
Low-Tech Angle
While not particularly a low-tech story, there are some low tech elements. The heroine, Bella, loves to drive an old Chevrolet pickup truck. Additionally, the vampires have lived for centuries and there are some references to what their lives were like during lower tech times.
