Music Mondays [published on Tuesday this week]

While we missed The Lumineers opening set for the Old Crow Medicine Show concert in Charlottesville, we checked them out online afterward and like them. Some of their songs reminded us a bit of some good Paul Simon music. Their 11 song self-titled album The Lumineers is only $5 at Amazon.com (digital mp3 download). 9/5/12 Update: After making this post I’ve noticed Ho Hey is gaining widespread popularity. I heard the song played on DC101, Washington DC’s rock station. Additionally, a clip of the song was featured in a preview for the new Clint Eastwood baseball movie Trouble with the Curve:
