NBC launched a new show this fall entitled Revolution. The timing of the show, set in a future with no electricity, seems marketed to appeal to fans of The Hunger Games.
While it is a bit absurd (not only is there no electricity, but internal combustion engines stopped running), Revolution is entertaining. The only explanation so far is that “physics went insane.” The series may also appeal to Twilight fans since it stars the guy who played Bella’s dad in the movies, Billy Burke.
Anyway, the reason this is a Train Tuesday’s post is that the preview for next week featured a steam train. I didn’t recognize the locomotive, but will be sure to tune in to watch.
